Sorry this took so long to reply, but finally brought truck in to get looked at. Said needed new fuel filter, new Evap canister. Apparently the fuel tank was not venting properly so as the tank emptied through normal driving air wasn't getting in to fill the empty space creating a vacuum in the tank. Guess the tank even deformed a bit by caving in on one side from the vacuum inside the tank.

After all repairs done the light has never come back on.
