Var, I do Volunteer Roadside Assistance, along with a few friends of mine here in Calgary. We've all had some training with regards to roadside work. Hell, I ran a wrecker in Northern BC for a long time.
Basically, we stop anytime we see someone on the side of the road and see if we can help them at all. All as a volunteer service.
Very nice set up. It is simple yet effective. I applaud you for what you do. I have been trying to get into something like that here in Illinois. I like the set up of your rear traffic director. Could you take a picture of how you mounted it? I want to do something similar.

The rear traffic stick is simply, yet effectively, wedged between the rear headrests and the rear window. with a bit of heavy duty double sided mounting tape on the brackets to stick to the window so it doesn't rattle around.
The nice thing is, I can't even see the stick in my rearview.
