I paid and then went to a friend that sold me the truck and he had it changed for me, even the service manger couldn't believe it. I'll just go back to Napa and get my other filters, blades and so forth. I just wanted to give everybody a heads up. It's sad, I know dealer markup is higher but with prices like this, if it's not warranty or a deal like the oil changes, unless it's in writing, I won't go back.

I know I'm dragging up an older post here, and yes, $72 seems steep for wiper blades. But that being said, my OEM wipers are performing just as well as the day I took delivery of the truck (5/10/12). I am in the midst of my 2nd icy winter with the truck here in NY, and although I try not to, sometimes I have to drag them over an ice-caked windshield. They are still working like new. My point to all of this is: If I have to spend $72 on wipers that will last 2+ years as opposed to buying 3 or 4 pairs of junk auto store wipers for $20 each over the same time period, then it's OEM for me. JMO.

I know what your saying Paul.......but that hurts the wallet initially. For that price, they better last more than 2 years.....and you're right, those cheap auto parts store wipers fall apart within months
....without snow and ice!

When I had my Ford Diesel I had an oil change done and made the mistake of asking them to change the fuel filter. They charged me $125 labor to do it. Lesson learned.

Michelin brand for my 2012 Ram, $6.49 each at WallyWorld. Simple to remove and replace.

Ok, just had my OEM wipers replaced at my dealer: $26 installed.

I think the OP needs to find himself another dealer, Lol!

I've put Bosch on my other truck and they are really good and last.

I made the mistake of buying wipers from the dealer parts department and paid 60 bucks once. You can get OEM Wipers real cheap online nowadays.

The thing that bugs me about dealer service is the tech can be working 2-3 vehicles and charging you book rate. I couldn't do that with my clients.
