Everyone I know with that Sentry Key has that problem. I just keep hitting the button... eventually it works

Mine does it too, even with a new battery. I'm thinking maybe it's outside interference, as it only does this in certain places

It's east to take apart . Pull the key out and there a pry tab there . Pop it apart pull the rubber off and the mother board out . Grab some running alcohol and a qtip. Clear the $ hit outta it and the contacts on the rubber . I was having the same problem till I did this now it works awesome

Default Key Fob

I was having problems with my Fob aswell with the lock unlock feature . I had to get one of mine replaced by the dealer and then they re-programed the body control modual and it worked fine after that. Got this done before the warranty ran out.
