Default quick question

With 3" longer coil springs do you need 3" longer shocks? or stock length?

Yeah for sure. You might not get the stock shocks back in. Because your top to bottom measurement is now 2-3" longer.

Yup you'll definitely want new shocks. You'll probably get them in, but they'd be fully extended already so it would ride terrible.

Ok. But 3" spring plus 2" shock does not equal 5"lift right?

Nope. The 03 2wd Ram's use separate shocks and coil springs. The springs are what support the weight of the truck and control the height. The shocks just control the ride by dampening the springs to reduce oscillations (too much bouncing).

I would talk to the guys at Bully's Performance. They should be able to find them for you and will get you a great price on them. Just send them an email at sales@bullysperformance.com and letting them know what you're looking for and that you're a forum member and they'll get started.

Wow, I'm surprised as it seems like a pretty common product. I do know they recently added a ton more product to their web site.
