Yes the second number does tell you the sidewall height of the tire, but it's a ratio of the tread width, not a hard measurement number. Check out the Guide to Leveling & Wheel and Tire Sizing linked in my signature, it explains how to calculate the total height of a tire.

Hey I figured I would add some information to anyone out there don't a front level with only a 2.1 setting. I have a 2011 sport and did the bilstein 2.1 level. I'm running a 295 60 20 trail grappler on a fuel wheel with 1 for an offset. I do occasionally get a bit of rubbing on the back side of the fender well when the wheel is turned most of the way and the suspension flexes a bit. Just an fyi for anyone choosing this level option. I think if I had to do it again I'd go to full 2.8 and possibly add a spacer if I thought the front looked nose. high. now I am very happy with how the truck looks right now but if you wanted to eliminate any rubbing that should do it I'm assuming.

Is a Bilstein at 2.1 the same as a 2" HBS spacer?

As far as height goes, yes. But the Bilsteins will provide a better ride.

Sorry, I just saw this. The wheels are Fuel Anza's and yes, they come with a plastic center cap.

Your truck looks great... Can you tell me what width wheel you chose? Is it a 10 or 9? Thank you!

i was able to add grappler 295s but it required a spacer. if you turn all the way there is minor rubbing but it isnt significant. Lost about 2.5 miles a gallon of gas also ha! but the truck looks very nice

Yeah I have a 9. And thanks for the compliment. I'm p.o.e.d right now because I've just removed both headlights to reseal them. Cheap "good looking" ebay crap and now my damn bulb burned out! Time go go LED.
