Default Power Windows stuck?

Hey Guys! I got a quick question for ya, I have a 1988 Dodge d100 and It has power windows, but they wont roll down, one I know the gear is stripped out beyond belif, but my drivers side door the motor will not even come on it will just click and have a low growl to it when I hold the and nothing happens like the window regulator is frozen, anybody know of a to break it loose to get my windows to roll down ?

Default

Could be the regulator, could be the motor going bad. Best way to find out is take the panel off, remove the motor and see if you can hand crank the window. You'll also be able to test them motor and see how many amps it's drawing.
