I think they make a bypass harness but Im not too sure because I havent really messed with them...I think they came out after I wired mine up but you would have to check...I think they include enough wire to go to each door...

If you pull new wire thru the door try and get wire that will pull thru easy, almost smaller the better...14 or 16 ga...

I pulled 2 thick jacket 14ga JL wire and it was nearly impossible especially the rear...definitely takes patience but it was well worth it...cable pull lube or dish soap is your friend...

But nonetheless anything over stock will sound much better...

Thanks again. I think ill do the rewire vs the bypass so its easier to set back to stock not having to get to that amp twice! Ill ck radio shack or walmart for some thin 16awg, i was even thinking 18 would maybe work, ill never have more then 75w a channel going to the doors.
Are there any pics of removing the door boot and whats all there? Too cold for me to look at mine now!

the boots are wrapped around a white plastic connector which snaps into the body of the truck (sheet metal)...carefully pry them out with a small screwdriver...the boots on the front doors took me a bit to get back together....

google images- "ram door wire boot" and there are some pics of them...

Ive also seen people drill the door and truck to avoid trying to get them thru the boot....run the wire in its own wire loom below the existing boot and turned out nice but I didnt want to drill up my truck at all costs...

Ya ill wanna go through the boot too. Cant wait to build my sub box! Love doing that stuff, made some sweet boxes under my old avalanche rear seats! Truck bed lined and was still able to put seat and rear gate down all the way. Im thinking of a shallow sub and not loosing any of the storage under the seat! Ill see though.
