So I got a hold of a Star Scan and pulled the following codes from my truck.
*B2305 - Wiper park switch input circut high. (stuck high)
*B2348 - Wiper motor low speed control circut open.
*B234C - Wiper motor high speed control cicut open.
and
*B140B - Rear left audio speaker output circut open.
*B104B - Floor/Defrorost mode door travel range too large.

By seeing the first 3 codes (B2305, B2348, and B234C) I am leaning towards a faulty turn signal/multifunction switch, does it look like im on the right path here. I have a resistance reading page of what it should read at each setting, but with this being intermittant is this going to help or confuse me more?
BTW, im the the guy with the 07 ram and intermittantly the wipers stop working.

I'd listen to Ramtech . He works for a Dodge dealer . He sees all theses common problems come in his shop daily . I'd have to agree with a bad switch assembly also . Don't forget to stop by the newbie section and introduce yourself . Also complete your profile in the User Cp at the top of the page . It shows us what you hwv when posting a question or comment .

I got the same DTCs and same symptoms on my 07 RAM.

Does anyone have a part number or a part catalog, to verify what the correct the p/n is for the multifunction switch?

Default Wipers

There is a you-tube video on replacing the multi-function switch. I believe there are a couple different kinds of switches. I just had to replace my wiper motor because the intermittent wipers were acting up. A $40 30 min fix. High, low and wash worked fine, intermittent's would just work when they wanted to at any speed it felt. No problems now.
