Default Fishing Boat

Hey guys,

My dad and I are looking at getting something a little smaller so we're selling our boat. It's a 2008 Tracker Grizzly 2072 (20ft) w/ a 2010 90HP Mercury. Has power-pole, jack plate, carpets and a few other extras. Boat was used 70% freshwater and 30% saltwater. Asking $14k OBO. Located in central Florida. Message me if you would like more pics and information. We kept the boat under a covered shed with a boat cover on whenever not in use, very well maintained boat.

Best day of my life was when I bought my boat.
Second best day of my life was when I sold my boat.

Good luck with the sale!

Mr. Comedian over here

If I lived anywhere remotely close and had 14grand for a boat, I would for sure want it for fishing. Best of luck with your sale, it looks awesome.

Lol, we're just downgrading/upgrading. Want some a little smaller, but newer haha.

Well, knock on wood...we (my dad and I) have never really had any issues with our boats. Granted, we've always had a pretty simple boat such as this one...the only thing that kept costing us money was adding extra stuff (power pole, jack plate, etc.). We're heading to Bass Pro shop here shortly to take a look around...now that place is dangerous!! I have to leave my credit cards at home lol

I've heard all the horror stories and jokes about boat ownership....and I guess I'm just different... I've owned the same boat since 1985 and still use it and have no bad stories to tell about it. I've changed the oil. I've changed the plugs. I've bought a dozen batteries and lots of accessories and a set or two of trailer tires. I did throw away the original steering and installed a Teleflex hydraulic steering helm. THAT was the BEST mod I ever did!
I've fished, cruised, overnighted, pulled friends and family up on skis, fresh water mostly and salt water once or twice and have had as much pleasure as I always wanted out of that boat, a 1985 Conroy with a Volvo AQ125A sterndrive.
I just wish it had bigger cabin and berths and when I retire next year I hope to find a big cabin cruiser with twin Volvos and I plan to cruise the Texas intercoastal and bays.
Good luck with the boat sale. (And if it don't sell.... then keep it for a dingy!)
