Default both bed rails bent

I was wondering if anyone knows about repairing bed rails that have been bent up from ratcheting tie downs. Is it easy? Does it hold?
I do have a little welder so I can do small welds on this.

I'd suggest looking around for a new bed. By the time you invest an inordinate amount of time trying to straighten them you may find that the time spent could have been better applied to other projects.

I do have one question though. You are referencing the top of the bed and not the lower section...right?
