Default My truck eats up wheel bearing hub assemblies

I keep going though them, what may be the problem???

My differential is perfect and my drive axle is straight, the problem is with the Left side only.

Bent axle???

Bent axle, bad u-joint, or simply installing the axle nut too tight. I've seen fellow employees use an air gun and it's back in about a month and a half.
