I think you probably mean the valve body (not throttle body), but again please realize that there are many different things that can cause transmission limp-in (4th gear only), so you have to check the fault code(s) (and usually, run some further diagnostics) to determine where the real root cause is.

Ok so I just recently purchased a 2011 ram 1500 and yep a day after leaving the dealer limp mode took it back with 2 codes po750 and po876 they had it 3 days and said they found burn wires on the right side of the motor repaired them reset the codes and I was good well as soon as I got in it took 10-15 seconds to engage in drive and when I kicked it down driving I thought it was going to fly apart drove it home and to work the next day still no codes or limp mode just slow to engage in drive the following day as I start it and put it in drive yep limp mode drove right to the dealer after 2 days called and they had it tore down and debris was in it new pump and clutches and the same codes as before after 6 days go to get it and didn't even make it to me went limp mode in transit to me so back to service where it is now with the same codes and come to find out they rebuilt the trans but never touched the solenoids at all will post as it plays out .........
