Default Horn won't blow.

I bought a 97 Ram 1500 w/5.9, the horn wouldn't work, one horn button was stuck, I freed the button and figured they had disconnected the horn when the button stuck, well now I can't find my horn, it's not in front of the radiator support, not on either wheel well. So any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Are your horns still there? On my 95, they rusted so bad that they didn't work, and one fell off! The were in front of the left wheel-well liner, behind the bumper. Check voltage to them, the horns may be crap.

Thanks, that's part of the problem, I haven't been able to find them yet, and the internet gives several conflicting locations for them.

I would go to a local salvage yard and check out some 1995 or similar models. PO's may have pulled horns for some reason, like LT said his were rusted out/ off.

Well, I'm right about the location at least. Just bought a pair from Amazon. The factory horns are a pair of 400, and 500 hertz. They are available from Piaa and Hella.

Check the bumper mount on the driver's side. It's usually located on the support arm...above the plastic fender well...behind the bumper.
