Question Rear Spring Sag

Howdy all, my 96' 2500 is sagging in the rear, noticed when on level has a bad sag compared to the front. It does have a lumber rack and saddle boxes on it. I bought this one used and it is a great running truck and perfect for what I need it for. Do I install add-a-leafs or replace the springs? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh also it has 5-1/2 " blocks in the rear.
Thank you all:
