After I drop old pan and replace with new one. What about running synthetic in the transmission? How do you get t-fluid out tq converter without separatin the two? Or mixing it is ok?

The fluid in your trans is synthetic from the factory. If you want to change all the fluid, you'll have to have it hooked to a flush machine that will pump out the old and replace it with new.

As long as its ATF4. Any particular brand or does it matter? Vavoline, castrol, mobil1
Oh yeah, is adding a quart of lucas transmission fluid overkill? I've been told to add because of high milege. But as long as you keep fluids at correct level you should be good right?
