Default Stupid Question

First, I think your mount is a very elegant solution; thank you. I'm considering using one of your brackets as a base for a Pro-fit holder. Their Ram bracket attaches to the passenger side of the radio and I don't want to glue something directly to the dash.

So here's my dumb question: have you ever considered making a single mount with the pad as par left as possible to put it closer to the driver? I certainly understand the aesthetics of centering the pad but having it closer to the driver would have its advantages.

Just curious.

Certainly not a dumb question and whatever you decide please don"t put a glue disk on your RAM Yes I could make this variation keeping the disk far as possible to the driver side. If you look a the duel disk version, the disk on the drivers side (also passengers) is at the outer most point so you can access the screws for installation. I can make you a single mount with the disk positioned to the left side. If you are interested please feel free to contact me tomorrow (Sunday) and we can work out the details. 337-351-7476
