Default Tuner dilema

I'm deciding between tuners and my friend is recommending the Intune i1000 dcx for my 2012 ram 5.7 but the more I read the more I'm getting lost. I'm nearly certain I want to go Diablosport but to get the Intune or the Trinity? I like the idea of having the gauges and the info of the trinity since I don't have the EVIC but is it really justified? What are the pros/cons of each or should I broaden my choice?

I want the tuner to unlock my trucks potential without killing her. I don't plan on doing a crazy amount of mods (TB, headers, intake, Exhaust are a possibility) and racing isn't something I do frequently, though I do like to step on it every now and then (my guilty pleasure) I mostly want to take the rev limiter off, adj the shift points and speed limiter and get better MPGs when babying her driving to and from work.

What are your guys recommendations based off what I want to do?

They do both do the same thing as far tuning goes.

The trinity just has the gauges and 0-60, 1/4 etc stuff.
That's only difference.

To be honest the canned tunes are alright, but it's said having to pay over $700 just to get a custom tune..
I bought my Itune used for $240 and glad I didn't pay a penny more.

I have the intune sport. IF I had to do it over, I would get the trinity for the gauges and hung them it on the pillar.

really? maybe a dyno tune but I've had alot of custom tuning done and it's no way near that amount...

Well, $600 for the tuner and $150 for a Hemifever tune.

Can't do anything without a tuner. That's what suck..

ahhh, your including the tuner with that price...I guess the new tuners (intune and trinity) are higher priced nowadays... maybe keep an eye out on classifieds for ones to come up.

The Trinity is worth every cent... This 0 to 60 was on the diablosport 91 octane canned tune with 93 octane in the tank. Mods are cold air, moes 85mm TB, custom exhaust, catch can... 12 R/T....

0 knock...
