But for now I'm back to stock until I have a backup daily driver.
already went out and found a decent low priced, low mileage PT for my G/F on Tuesday.
Fully Loaded Limited with sunroof and leather, new windshield, new Summer and Winter Tires.
...so she can keep working now.
I took Friday off and the truck back to NA,
removed my blower/brackets/belt and part of the intercooler and meth system before my first morning coffee.
Left everything else intact, just disconnected, re-installed factory injectors and MAP sensor.
Had it wrapped up by noon.
Today I pulled the trans, Brad came over with my Stocker that we rebuilt a month ago.
That one we stood on the tail when we dropped the pump in place,
so it lined up okay, test drive shows no sign of trouble, and all the upshifts were flawless.
had a couple firm low speed coasting to a stop down shifts, so it stills needs to relearn a little, not much though.
(used my 3 y/o Edge 3000 stall TC)
I'll take the L&M trans apart just to make sure the frictions look okay,
and that there is no more metal from the bad bearing floating around. Likely need the ATS TC opened cleaned.
Then once I get another daily driver the trans may just might go back in along with the blower at the end of the summer for Fall race season.
