Default Fitment

I have an 04 2500 4x4 Cummins, no lift and am running a stock wheel on 315/70/17 that rubs....
I want to run a 20x10 with meat on it and not rub, BUT I dont want to lift the truck.

What are my options?

Thanks

Anyone know if I can level the front 2.5" and buy adapters for the ball joints ? I want to raise the front but don't want to buy a whole suspension lift kit just to raise the front up some.

I have the 2014 Ram 2500 4x4 with the Black Appearance package and the Wheels aren't bad. So I plan on using them for a bit. If I level the front can I fit 35x12.5 TOYO Open Country M/T on the stock wheel? Or should I wait until I get Aftermarket 20x10 offset wheels?

You could fit them on the stock rim but it isn't recommended and you might have some funny wear if the air pressure is out of whack. You would definitely need some sort of a wheel spacer in order to clear the upper control arm. It could be as little as 0.25" but probably a little more. I also hear that it varies truck to truck on whether you will rub with a 35" tire on just a level. You just dont want to rub on the lower inner fender as there isnt much trimming you can do without grinding away the body panel.

Sorry if I wasnt more help but bottom line, you can fit the tire on the wheel but will most likely need a 2.5" level and wheel spacers.

I think I'll play it safe and level it out then get a set of offset wheels with 35" tires. Thanks for the help!

Ok, so I know NOTHING about any of this stuff. All I want to do is level the truck (the front is lower than the rear). What is the easiest/cheapest way to do that? Bilstein 5100's? Is that all I need, just put those on and I am good to go? Front and Back?

Thanks and I apologize for my ignorance.

When I bought my truck, I was at a local motorsports place and said I wanted a leveling kit done and it cost me $280 and the front was raised 2". I love the look of it and hated the looks of my truck when it was stock. felt like the truck was falling flat on its nose.
