I've got 16,000 miles on my truck and I've never had a more crappy performing tire than the stock 20" Goodyear's. I finally after much research decided on a set of Cooper Discoverer ATP's. Same stock 20" size. I can't believe how shitty those Goodyear's rode. They are horrible on water!!! Plus I kept getting a pulsation at cruising speeds, front and rear. Not to mention they seem kind of loud. Not matter what the guys did they could never get them to ride right. The guys a discount tire hooked me up, again. $595 out the door! Warranties and all. They kept the old ones. You just can't beat that. Pics will be coming soon!
Here's a few pics I snapped as I arrived to the house. First impressions are night and day! So much more grip! Smoother at highway speeds. I couldn't really hear them either, and a larger foot print as well. They're freakin sweet! My best advice is to make the switch!!!
These would be a good match for you, not to expensive either. At this point I don't have any complaints. Time will tell though. They do come with a 55,000 mile manufacturers warranty. So to me all in all they are well worth it. Plus they look so good on the Ram!
