Last time I went, I marked the tires and found out they didn't rotate the drivers side tires. When I got home I noticed they didn't rotate the Left hand side tires I called the service manager, he said they were wearing abnormally and it would cause a vibration if they rotated them.
I was so pissed since they told me when the truck was new that a little feathering was normal in the trucks. I new he was full of shit but I was in such a rush at the time. Should have had them do a 4 wheel alignment.
So at 30k miles 2 of my tires are toast and 2 have about 7ml left.
When I looked back at the service records, every time I brought it in there would be a different tread depth on all four tires and not decending as you would think.
Since there almost bald I let it go. But they had the nerve to try and sell me a set of new tires.
