Default High speed on wiper not working

Hey ya'll. I have been searching everywhere trying to find a fix for this problem. On my 2009 Ram 1500 single cab, the wipers work perfectly on all settings except high. Living in an area prone to sudden downpours, this is a problem. I have found multiple fixes regarding swapping out the hi/lo relay with the on/off relay to determine if the hi/lo needs to be replaced. However it appears I have no hi/lo relay.....only on/off. Has anyone else had this problem? How was it fixed? I appreciate any feedback I can get and if you need more information, please let me know.
