Thanks for the input. I made sure when I purchased my truck that it had 3.92 gears so that should help my power. How about rubbing and the width of the tires throwing rocks etc on the paint job? I was about to order some 305/55's but I have talked to several people who have said to stick with the 275/60's in a all terrain tire. Also the 305/55's come only in a 10 ply tire which i have heard rides really rough.
my 305/55/20 Toyo Open Country A/T's ride very
smoothly. just about no difference from the stock goodyears. plus it took much less weight to balance them, a sign of quality construction.
