Default power troubles

I'm having some power problems with my 2002 2500 5.9 diesel truck. At slow speeds I lose power. Most times it will come back if I take my foot off the accelerator and try again, but not always. there are times as well when I am coasting along at a slower rate of speed I can't go any faster. If I don't take my foot off the accelerator it will eventually 'kick in'. I live on a farm and drive crappy gravel roads, if I have to slow down for holes or washboard is when I notice it most. I haven't had any problems on the highway. anybody have any ideas on what the problem could be?

I posted this in the wrong place!!

My 04 did the same thing a few years ago. Replace Throttle Position Sensor and cleared right up. 20 minute job
