Default Garage Vacuum

Looking to get a garage vacuum to mount in my garage and use to keep my new ram clean. I plan on using it in the driveway since my wife parks in the garage and my truck wouldn't fit anyway. Anyone have any suggestions? I'm open to other types of vacuums too.

It is really nice to have a dedicated vac for your car/truck right next to your rig- my truck is always clean on the inside.
I looked at several- almost chose VacuMaid GV30- thought it would be cool (but expensive). In the end I went with a Ridged shopvac and a 25' hose. I park it in the front right corner of my garage and have a garden hose mount to keep the hose managed.
The hose is long enough to reach all parts of my truck without moving the shopvac which is nice. But what is nicer is when my kids want to vac their cars they just pull up to the garage and the hose is long enough for them to vac-again without moving the unit itself.
I decided against the wall mounted unit for basic utility. There are lots of other jobs around the house that a movable shop vac and a 25' hose work well on- $100 cheaper too.

I mounted one of these on the wall near my garage door at my vehicle "wash station". I pull the vehicle up to the door and wash, vacum and check tire air (mounted a wall mount air compressor as well) This rig is pretty powerful, comes with a remote control on the hose so you can turn on and off from inside of your vehicle and can "quick detach" from the wall if you want to take it down and use for other projects around the house. It works very well. I like that it takes up zero floor space in the garage. ive had mine for 3 years.

Available at Home Depot for $108. I got it for under $100 after military discount. Mounts solidly into a single wall stud. Easy peasy.

I just have a Ridgid Wet/Dry vacuum
120VAC & Battery powered
nothing special

I also bought a neat little tool from the Snap-On truck
It connects to your air compressor, some how it Sucks out small spaces that you have trouble getting your hand into
