Default 02 1500 quad front end shake

Need some help diagnosing problem with front end shake. I can feel the steering wheel shaking at all speeds left to right. but when i get to freeway speeds gets really bad wobble for about 10 to 15 seconds then stops then after about another 10 count returns then goes away this is continuous. Help

as a non mechanic giving you a guess, i would say when were your tires balanced last? usually thats a constant vibration as opposed to a wobble.. and next thing would be the steering stabilizer may be shot? i wouldnt think that seeing as how the truck is only 8 years old but who knows?

anyways thats my thoughts. wait for more opinions before goin out and spending your money!

Factory stabilizers aren't known for longevity. Take the stabilizer loose from one end and check for a smooth resistence throughout the full length of travel.
