Default V10 Tranny swap??????????

Hello everyone. I need help with some info please. I have a 95 ram 2500 4x4 rc. It has the nv4500 with the commen 5th gear nut prob. I want to swap a 6 speed in it. I now the nv5600 is a easy swap. Longer front driveline shorter back new crossmember. But I can get a nv271 cheap and I had a 06 g56 dually 4x4 and loved it but traded for a subi. But anyways lol I also had a 04 2500 hemi. I like both of those transfer setups. The location and its alot stronger.
Sorry gettin off topic the question I have is I would like to put a nv271 with a g56 in my 95 ram with the v10. Im goin to rebuild the motor put a cam and headers on it head work so I am goin to want a stronger drivetrain. What do all I need to have and need to do to make that work. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks for all your imput and help.
