well it doesnt do it at an idle just when i go to pass a car or go up hill usually but sometimes its just driving normal down the road. Crank sensor???

it doesnt ever cut at an idle just when driving. Could this be a crank sensor too??

I agree with Remerson, you need to find somebody else to check it out, or let the dealer fix what they find. If what they do doesn't fix the problem, it's on them. I like to fix things myself too, but sometimes enough is enough. My time is worth something, too.

Well the last time I took the truck in to the dealer strictly for the "cutting out" and they said nothing was wrong with it. The check engine light remains on and they say that there is no problems. I havent had the converter looked at yet I put a new neg. cable on today. That changed nothing either. I have been told cam sensor crank sesor and throttle pos sensor also been told it may be the PCM. The dealer has monkey emplyees so I have to figure this out myself unfortunately!!

no not computer its on the outside of the throttle body if u look at it from the front of your truck its the plug of wires going in to the throttel body on the right side of it it a sensor that plugs in the side of your throttle body

mine dose that to just not as frequently as yours but i cost me 60 for the sensor at auto zone

S**t, what a bunch of hack techs they have at that dealership. I'd go to a different Chrysler dealership and file a complaint with the one you went to before. I hope things turn out.
