these guys are different, they would apologize for a problem and fix things that were minor issues

I can count on one hand the assembly problems in 10 years, very rare.
Some production was moved the the states and there was a big change in production quality, not sabotage but just poor quality
If there's a problem, their workers are expected to point it out, and are patted on the back, even if it turns out to be nothing. Been in too many situations where the boss is king, don't rock the boat, shut up and go back to work, you're making me look bad! Certainly sapped my enthusiasm. I wouldn't resort to sabotage, but I wouldn't give a crap about how their product turned out.
