Default steering pulsates when straightening out

Hey, new to the forum and I was hoping someone could help me out on this one. 2007 Ram 2500 4x4, 5.9 Cummins, after making a turn (either direction), the steering wheel pulsates back to the straight position. I had the front end checked out and nothing was loose, ball joints are still at 50% of spec, any ideas?

Possible slipping fan belt for the power steering ? Would be great if you could go to the newbie section and introduce yourself and receive your official welcoming .

I've seen a bent steering damper rod cause a similar condition. Remove one end of the damper and run it the full length of its travel to check for a binding condition.
