Default Fuel pickup

95 5.2magnum. Truck acts as if its flooded, won't start. Fuel pressure is good. I let it sit for 4 days and it fired right up, drove it around, cut it off, won't start. If I press the pedal to the floor when attempting to starting it sounds as if it wants to start but won't. (like its flooded). Checking the trouble codes I get 12-PCM disconnected from battery within last 50 key cycles. How would I reset the PCM after a battery disconnect?
