Default Serpentine Belt Question

Hello all, First time poster long time reader.

Today I replaced my belt tensioner, and the belt. I now have a sreech (not the one from saved by the bell) going on under the hood. I can not pin point it but if I had to guess where it sounded the loudest, I would say the very dead and almost coma like AC unit. To confirm my guess I shut the eng off and sprayed a little WD40 on the AC units pulley front and back. Bam it was silent for all but 30 secs. SO I was thinking and didn't want to go ahead with out further review, could I just by pass the AC unit and get the belt that is for with out AC? help!

Thank you ahead of time for any help and or suggestions.

Had the same problem with my Ram replaced the belt with # 5070905 Dayco belt through Advance Auto to bypass the AC.
