Default MPG mods

I have a completely stock 2001 4WD. I am looking at the following mods:

Superchips programmer
CAI
Headers
exhaust

I am interested in increasing MPG, not overly concered about power increase. Any suggestions as to what order I should do these in, and which give the most MPG gains?

I noticed a decent MPG increase with my K&N CAI...a bit pricey though...Ive seen alot of home made ones that would probably work just as well
