I think its the chrome finish popping/dragging in the snap receptacles. I'm taking things apart and playing some on the truck. Will check this tomorrow and report back time permitting.
Mine is opposite of this. The trim piece on the left of the radio that has the vent in it squeaks and rattles when I have the A/C running, but tightens up when the heat is on. Not sure how to word this to the dealer. But I would like it fixed since the summer is on its way.

That sounds like a thermal expansion issue. Have them check near the vents and around the duct work behind the bezel.

I have an update. My dad and I were playing around with the truck today, and he glanced at the cupholder area and gently pressed around the chrome ring, on the back part near the storage compartment, a piece seemed to clunk down, as if it were out of place... I went for a small test drive and all was silent. If you have the cupholder squeak, make sure the chrome ring is tightly in place.

If it pops back out or starts squeaking again, I'm going to pop out that chrome piece and put some dampening tape under it.

My console squeaked pretty bad in the beginning. It was definitely the chrome ring rubbing against the other plastic. If I moved the ring a bit, it would squeak. Bumps, turns, etc.

I waited for awhile to see if it would wear in before taking it to the dealership to get all scratched up and it is basically all gone now at 3K miles.

I have a strange squeak in mine only mine is the brake pedal and the drivers seat. Not all the time only seems like when it is raining or early in the morning. Moisture maybe. I took it to the dealer and made the service manager listen as they could not produce it last time it was in.
