Default 2007 Big Horn front suspension

Alright I have a 2007 4x4 quad cab 1500 Big Horn edition. It has 19,900 miles on it. Last November I noticed a squeal and oil on my left front strut. I took it in and it was repaired under warranty. 2 weeks ago I noticed the same problem on the right front. Took it in and my 3 year warranty is no good any more. So, I ordered new front struts they gave me no option as to the model or even if it was a 4x4 or not. needless to say I got the wrong struts. Is there anything special about the Big Horn front struts? Were can I get the correct struts?

There's three different struts depending on how it was built they should have looked them up by v.i.n. number
