Default you will be good

If you have the tow package.
We have an 04 with the 5.7 and tow our SRT-4 drag car (10.33 @143mph) on an open hauler with no problem. Can hardly tell its back there.
Question why a mustang................

man i've been into mustang for 10years, lol i love em. they are strong cars and still keep going and being made. my first one was a 01 mustang and did a bunch of stuff to it and now i've had my 04 mach 1 mustang for a while now. i've put to much money into this mach to sell or let her go, plus its a special edition and special to me. i love all brand cars. i would love to get a vette or trans am some time in the years to come, love the dodge viper gts 1997 model.

thanks though i figure it will towe it with no problem

Word of warning, weight wise you can haul it yes and it will handle it well. An enclosed trailer is a whole different animal than an open trailer. Wind drag becomes a major problem with enclosed or TT type trailers. If you're doing a lot of highway towing an open trailer will net you better mileage and better performance. I understand the desire to keep your car enclosed just some thoughts to ponder before jumping on a new trailer.
