Question Squeak sound while steering?

Sup guys i'm pretty confused on whats happening with my truck, but sometimes when i fully steer the wheel one way or another while im backing out or something i will get this irritating squeak or noise of somesort. I really don't know what the problem could be haha.

also, sometimes after coming after a full steer ill get a weird slight vibration sound coming from the front wheel area while the truck is correcting itself straight. Any ideas on whats wrong?

Thanks a lot!

Just a guess, but sounds like you may need some front end service. I've heard squeaking that matches your description, and it usually is either worn parts or lack of lubrication. As we are talking about a part of the truck can cause major issue if something breaks or seizes, I'd recommend having a reputable shop check it over.

Break out the grease gun and spray lube and get busy on the front end. I'm guessing its just a dry bushing or joint in the steering. Also sounds like it may be time for an alignment.

yeah i know the front wheels need alignment because we had some road work done down where i live and knocked off those clamp on wheel weights.

I ordered up some sway bar bushings and end links and im installing a suspension lift that comes with shocks, front coils, and steering stabil. shock.

i hope that will fix everything!
