Default Slide Out Touchscreen Quests

I have a 2005 Ram Daytona. I would like to replace the factory CD. I'm looking at a slide out 7" touchscreen DVD/Nav system. Trying to see if anyone has one installed already to get their opinion; Ease of use, any install issues with the dash overhang, etc?

I am looking at the Farenheit brand as they offer an 8.3" touchscreen for about $300 with a Nav add-on around $200. Anyone have any experience with this brand?

Thanks for any replies.

I used the pioneer avh-5700 (Pretty sure about the model) and used a 1/2 inch spacer in the dash kit to provide the extra clearance for the dash in a 04 ram pretty sure the 05 and 04 dash is the same. looked killer and worked like a champ, my friend had a panasonic model and it would tilt toward the driver side which was really nice. hope this helps

This is mine....

It has several different tilt angle settings and depth settings, I have no problem with the dash overhang
