Default Exterior Molding Questions

My Molding is starting to loose its black color.. I was thinking of changing it to chrome or just repainting it baclk first off which one do you think would look better... 2nd is there a way to take it off and paint it yourself??

If I wanted to do Chrome how can I paint that ???

Thanks

One word: Duplicolor

Actually, more than one. Just be careful removing it and you'll need some new double sided sticky tape.

I just used back to black on mine and was pretty happy with the results. As for spraying them chrome, i've never had chrome spray paint come out looking the way I wanted. I just finished a project for my buddy making a new grill for his charger and he wanted chrome look...well after 3 tries with 3 different chrome paints i talked him into a change of color.

I've never seen spray bomb chrome look like real chrome. Also make sure and lay the molding flat when you take them off so they don't warp. Good Luck!

Fishing line and a eraser wheel. You can buy new chrome ones from dodge or just leave em off.
