Cool 2/4 drop

I've seen some posts on the mcgaughy 2/4 drop for the 09/10 dodge 1500 2x4. There seems to be issues with the kit that comes with the spindles. I've been told that buying the kit that comes with the spindles will help with getting the trk as close to factory ride comfort but still give me the look I'm looking for. There's been posts that state the spindles push the front tires out to much?? Has anyone installed the kit that uses front springs instead of the spindles? I'm running a 2010 spot r/t with 24x10 305/35 and by just having my summer wheels on its changed the steering feedback quite a bit. I'm just worried about the trk riding like a Sherman tank.

I have the mcgaughy 2/4 drop with the springs and it has a NICE ride to it .The spindles will push the front tires out. I have never us spindles on a kits that i have had.But my truck rides like factory with springs i think. Just look in to it and you see Ram owners are not happy with the spindles. Spring are just as good.

I just did springs on my '07, I'd also recommend upgrading the shocks to gas filled if you're willing, gives a better than factory ride.

Yup, there's a section to introduce yourself... and post some pics of your truck *HINT HINT* Though, I've never heard them called newbie chickens before
http://www.ramforumz.com/forumdisplay.php?f=8

There's also a section with some how-to's in a sub-section.
