Default 2010 Sport creaking noise

Has anybody heard a creaking noise coming from under the passenger side midway to the front along the truck. I get it going over bumps and when I turn sharply to the left.
I asked a mechanic friend and he said it could be a dry ball joint.
It is quite loud and annoying, just wondering if anybody else is experiencing this.

I've heard something similar in my 2010 Sport. I'm not sure if it's the sway bar end link, or something in the rear 5-link. I figure if it gets a lot more consistant or worse, it will hopefully still be under warranty!
My `07 SRT8 Jeep had the same noise, it ended up being the sway bar end links.

After quite awhile I located the creak or squeak myself. It is coming from a rubber mount between the front fender pillar and the bumper. I tried to tighten it and I noticed a fluid started seeping out of the mount. I read some where that Dodge uses a fluid filled hydro mount on their cab but I am now wondering if this particular mount in question is a hydro mount as well. Anyway it creaks like a bugger all the time.
I was wondering if anybody out there knows what this part is called so I half know what I am talking about before I call a dealer and order this part.

Here's what I've found so far at allpar.com: Fluid-filled hydro-mounts under the cab reduce beaming and bounce over rough surfaces. Dodge clarified what fluid-filled hydro-mounts do: “C-pillar hydro mounts were added to improve damping through the frame-bending mode frequency in order to better manage shake and after-shake response. The result is reduced shake and improved ride.”

Rule out the small things first....
First check the truck jack under the front passengers seat, make sure the holding bolt is tight, and make sure the jack cranking handles aren`t loose in the storage bag and rattling around.

Another thing to watch for on these trucks is, (usually FRT passengers side)
make sure the seatbelt buckle is back into its normal position...
they will bump against the side piller and make you think somethings loose.

Also, the front coil springs aren`t sitting in the spring pockets very well on some of these trucks...off centered so to speak...found this on a few 4x4 2010 trucks but MOST i`ve seen were regular cab 4x4 trucks. Once the spring got re-centered back up into the pockets, noise seems to be gone.

Another possible thought...check the swaybar links...found a few noisey here
Cleaned, lubed, re-torqued, noise gone

Just some thoughts and or things to look for...GOOD LUCK

Well i finally got it to a dealer. The front creaking noise was a fluid filled body mount. Pretty strange that a body mount could make a noise like that. I guess that these fluid filled mounts do not like -35C Labrador winters.

Dealer is always the first place to go when under warranty.

Hard to do when the nearest dealer is 600km away. You gotta wait a little while and get your problems fixed when you are on vacation.
