oh...okay. I've done the TPS adjustment then. ~.75 is what it was brand new, so, after time they wear out and require adjustment. I noticed a nice improvement in mine as well.

I'd love to have a MP PCM, but, you can't get them anymore, and I probably never will find the correct one.

A mopar PCM would me awesome. However, with the way tuners are going, it makes sense to just do that and adjust the factory one.

also, I as well have done the TPS mod, lol, well, adjustment.

I'm curious. What would the dyno numbers be on a bone stock truck? I would have guessed around 190-200 horsepower for a stock engine.

Yeah, because they're rated at 245hp and 345lb/ft tq at the crank. Thats a pretty inefficient drivetrain losing almost 30% of the power. I always heard it was around 15% loss.

And, my truck runs like its has more than 190hp and it doesn't even have headers, a Mopar PCM, or 1.6r rockers.

My Conquest was rated at 190hp and 225lb/tq at the wheels, and its lighter and runs nothing like my truck.

Not sure what's up with that significant of a loss. But, it is a mustang dyno. The most non-optimistic dynamometer lol.

werd.

this particular dyno has an average of 25% drivetrain loss. Also there is something not quite right with it as HP and TQ are supposed to cross at 5250rpm and that doesn't happen here.

Yeah man, they have a reputation for doing that. Unfortunately, they can be very accurate if calibrated correctly. They can actually measure the load from your car. Like Dynojets for example use engine RPM to calculate it. Don't know how, or if thats valid, just what I've heard.

25% drivetrain loss seems a little too much.. I hope the guy operating it was experienced with it and it's calibrations.
