First, contact Jasper, let them know exactly what's been going on and ask them for a list of local shops in your area that are authorized installers. Second, have the problem diagnosed by another one of these shops. If it does come back to a transmission problem they may be able to help you out after your experience with the other shop. Don't forget to document EVERYTHING you have done.

Found the cause of the miss. I replaced the E3 plugs with a new set of Bosch Platinums and my truck runs great again. Glad it wasn't the trans.

Glad you found the problem. Can't say I'm a fan of Bosch either but as long as the truck is running right, all is good.
