Default Problems with Belltech Springs

I am wondering if I am the only one with this problem. I installed Belltech's BEL4752 2" lowering coils on my truck and they only lowered the front around 1.5". It left my front end sitting fougly 1/4" higher than the rear measured from the center of the wheel opening to the floor.

I thought I must have gotten a bad pair of coils. I ordered Belltech's BEL23754 3" coils the other day and installed them last weekend. They dropped the front another 1/2" for a total of 2" drop in the front. So, the front is sitting about 1/4" lower than the rear. I'm happier now, but not totally satisfied. I wanted a little more rake.

Basically, with my experience, Belltech's 2" coils will lower a truck 1.5" and their 3" coils will lower a truck 2". I can't believe it would be my luck to get two pairs of coils that don't lower the truck as advertised. There's only one way to install them, so I'm sure I'm not doing anything wrong. I also have their 4" leafs and they lowered the truck 5" or so, which I'm actually happy about. BTW, I have their Nitro Drop 2 shocks all the way around.

I took these pictures today after installing the BEL23754 3" coils:

Either way is better than this:

I remember seeing a difference on the chart. I have a quad and my 2inch front coils lowered to 2 inch. If it were a reg. cab i m sure it was 11/2 inch drop. Could be wrong........But im pretty sure. I have a all belltech. system and like it. What did they say.....? Have you called them?

I called them and the guy couldn't understand why I was getting only 1.5" with the 4752 springs.
