Default Mods bought, and ?'s on another I want

I decided to order my 20% pre-cut tint panels for my drivers and passenger front windows last night. My neighbor bought some from a seller on Ebay and he said they are great quality. Best part is mine only cost $20.00 for both and free shipping I also am looking at the Bushwacker pocket style fender flares with the bolt pattern on them. I was wondering how far up do the flares go from the wheel well? I have some minor body damage that will definitely be covered by most of the flares, but a scratch does extend down the side a bit away from the wheel well. Before I forget again I did buy some new bulbs for the headlights and fogs last month. I got some Xenon Krypton 8500k H.I.D's and love them. They were only $40.00 for all four bulbs, and they look real nice. They are not as blue as I wanted but they are much brighter than the stock ones. I'll get some pics up as soon as I can.

Here is the proof on the lights, before I get spanked by the pic police lol.

The bulbs in the box in this pic are the stock ones, the new ones are blue tipped.

The pics of the damage on the rear wheel well, that I hope the flares will cover.

Here are the ones I'm looking at getting, and they will be painted to match my truck.

Lights look great bones. I sent you a PM on the Flares I bought. They are pretty much the same. You can either get smooth or textured surfaces but if you are planning on painting them then I would probably recommend smooth texture. The flare will cove most of your scratch on your truck. I was going to go with Bushwackers but the E-Bay link where I bought mine said they would be one of 4 possible different brands and I got a really good name brand and they are great quality.

Forgot to mention but go get some 3M scratch and swirl remover and most of your scratch on your truck will come out.

The bodyshop I got an estimate from tried to buff it/rub it out for me for free. They got 95% of the material off and the smaller scratches out. The ones visible in the pics are deeper into the paint, so whats not covered by the flares will need fixing either way. At least they spent 15 minutes of their time trying to hook me up, I've been to them 4 other times so they were trying to do me a favor this time. My neighbor is going to try a few other things before I decide on getting the damage fixed, I'm hoping he will be successful at it, he does nice paint work.
