I have no idea what I could do to my trucks engine, so Im asking everyone what is their opinion and/or what they have done.. Im just starting to learn so yeah you may have to dumb it down and explain a few things lol

Well.. at the moment Im not sure.. But MPG would be a start!

It's a programmer for your truck. Adding a programmer, intake, and free-flowing exhaust will help your engine breathe easier, resulting in more power & MPG. However, with all that extra power, it's hard to keep your foot off the gas!

It all depends on how much you're looking to spend. I'm not even close to being done modding, but I started with "looks" then moved to "engine" mods, now I'm back to "looks" mods. It's a lot of fun, it's very addicting though!
