Headers will help, but it's up to you if you want them. I don't know too much about them (don't have them myself), but I know they can sometimes get expensive.

I bought mine from Hunter Truck Accessories' eBay store. They were running a special on them a while back, I paid like $200 shipped to my door. Pretty good deal, I thought

Don't forget Diablosport has released a tuner for the 4.7's now . It covers model years '05-2010 .

Are those the only two programmers that make tuners for my truck??

I really like all that you have done to your truck! I like how everything that was plastic black you changed.. I want to do the same with mine but wasn't sure how it would look.. Now I know! (gonna have a twin) lol jk

Thank you! I wouldn't mind having a twin

No, those aren't the only two. Superchips also makes a programmer for our 4.7. I have the Superchips Cortex and it's one of my favorite mods, it's a great tuner.

I got a 08 4.7L also. I've got an Airraid CAI, Flowmaster exhaust, Poweraid throttle body spacer and Bully Dog GT Tuner. I'm very impressed with the increase and power. Also got a couple extra MPG's out of it too. Don't recommend the throttle body spacer though. Got nothing out of it. Hope this helps.

I've got the same throttle body spacer, and you're right, it does nothing as far as gains.
