Default No ECO/MDS with 35" tires or greater???

After reading many threads on installing 35" tires, it seams that the ECO/MDS will never kick in With any of the stock gearing. even 3.92

What's the real MPG for this truck and can this be corrected to get the ECO to kick in?

Thanks

I don't have the big tires on my truck. The ECO/MDS is based on how hard the engine is working. So, if you have the big tires and are having to keep your foot heavy on the pedal, it will not kick in.

But, if you are able to keep a steady speed with little pressure on the gas you'll get the ECO/MDS to kick in.

I have Toyo Out Country AT in 35s with 18in pro comp rims. with a ready lift leveling lift and my MDS kicks in when I'm not hard on the throttle.

The MDS kicks in no more or less the when the truck was stock.

I have a 6" Skyjacker lift and 35" Kumho KL71's on 18x10 wheels. Its a 4x4 crew cab with the 3.92 rear and it still comes on. I haven't corrected the speedo yet but the evic shows about 14 on the highway.
