Well why not? They have rain sensing wipers, I'm sure you could make something work!

If you open the drivers door with the keys in the ignition.....it dings!
If you open the drivers door with the headlights on.............it dings!
If you try to drive without doing up your seat belt...............it dings!
If you are low on fuel.....Yup.....it dings!
Low on washer fluid.....bulb burnt out.....etc, etc, etc.
Not to mention the amazing amount of information in the EVIC......

If you leave the sunroof open and/or the back slider open and open the drivers door, you get the signal that everything is OK......NO DING!
Make it ding??? Then if we (Ram owners) choose to ignore the warning, then we can quietly hide our embarrassment in private.

So far so good, went on a couple of good drives over the weekend with the seat heaters on full and air conditioning maxed on recycle which I hear draws out moisture too. The dehumidifier and heaters are back in today and will see if they pick up anything... I think it is dried enough to not worry about electrical but just dont want the mold or must to kick in.

cats... don't get me started either....

sorry about the rain & your having to dry it out

Look at the bright side, it wasn't in a flood with all those contaminates
or that stray female cat picking your truck seats to have a litter

This happened to my Cadillac. You are doing more then I ever did for it, and I never had any problems.

I think you will be fine.
